German Palaces and Castles

Germany is known for its impressive castles and palaces, which are not only architectural masterpieces but also tell a rich history. These historic buildings are spread all over the country and offer an insight into the different eras of German history. One of the most famous castles in the world, Neuschwanstein, is located in Bavaria and was built in the 19th century by King Ludwig II. The romantic castle sits enthroned on a hill and is surrounded by a breathtaking Alpine landscape. Hohenzollern Castle is one of the oldest castles in Germany, with roots dating back to the 11th century. I have used modern image processing to generate enchanting pictures in watercolor technique from photos.
